11.   Do not use common words or phrases such as “password” or “123,” and do not include your login name in your password.

12.   Use an acronym, and do not use a well-known phrase for the acronym. Create an acronym or phrase you can relate to.

13.   Do not include your name or your company’s name in the password.

14.   Do not use keyboard patterns, such as “qwerty,” in your password.
